First a template has to created for the module
Go to the Settings -> Administration -> E-Mail Template Configuration
Steps:
1) Choose the module from mMdule dropdown
2) Type some name in the subject
3) Choose the variable you want to use inside the editor and click insert button
4) Choose enabled checkbox
Done.
Second Sending Email
Now the template will appear under the relevent module’s email. You can choose and do necessary modification and send email
